| Do I need to register to be able to create a contract? |
Yes. Anyone who would like to create a contract must register. You will be asked for your login information (user name and password) before being allowed to revisit the contract areas of this website.

| What can I expect after creating a contract? |
Your contract is stored in the system and the information contained in it can be changed when you return (under the "See Existing Contracts" menu option). You are also reminded to review, print and FAX or mail the contract to your BI-LO contact person (your signature is required). The contract will need to be approved and authorized prior to participation in the Charity Classic events.

| I do not have a vendor or a company sponsoring me to participate in the tournament. Do I still need to create a contract? |
Yes. A contract is required for any participation in the Charity Classic events. You will be asked, as part of that process, to provide information about the vendor sponsoring the contract. If this is not applicable, you simply select the checkbox indicating that fact.

| I forgot my user name and password. How do I retrieve them? |

If you forget your login information, simply click the link "Help! I've forgotten my login" located on the login page. To ensure security and prevent unauthorized users from accessing your contracts, you will be asked to provide the email address which you provided when registering. You will also be asked for the answer to the security question you also provided during registering. Your login information will then be emailed to your address. You may also call your BI-LO contact person for assistance, or call the Charity Classic hotline at 864-286-5895 or
(toll free 1-888-245-6669 ext. 5895).

| How can I change my login information? |
You can change your login information by choosing "Edit Login Info" from the left-side menu after you have logged into the website.

| How do I find out my pairings for the tournament? |
Players can request pairings during the on-line registration process. However, due to the high number of participants, we are not able to guarantee pairing requests. Pairing and course assignments are announced at the Pairings Party, held on Sunday, June 8th at the Hartness Estate.

| I just want to make a donation. Do I need to create a user name and create a contract? |
Yes. A contract, complete with your signature, is required. Registration is a fairly quick process, requiring only 5-10 minutes. Select "donation" as the type of contract you want to create. And, of course, thank you for considering a donation to the BI-LO Charity Classic.

| I am a broker. Will I be able to create multiple contracts for multiple vendors? |
| Yes. You can register as a user and create as many contracts as you like for as many vendors as you like. The only restriction you will need to create a separate contract for each vendor. Each contract can only have 1 vendor attached. However, one vendor can have multiple contracts.
